London, UK – 5 November 2025 – Canon has officially expanded its PTZ camera lineup with two new 4K models: the CR-N400 and CR-N350. Designed for remote-controlled broadcast, corporate AV, education, and live events, both cameras bring high-end image quality, long-range zoom, and robust IP connectivity into compact, flexible systems.
These models mark Canon’s continued investment in professional PTZ solutions — offering streamlined integration, enhanced auto-tracking, and full-format streaming in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
The CR-N400 is built for high-end production environments. It features a 4K UHD 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor, powered by Canon’s latest DIGIC DV7 processor, and is capable of 4K 60p video output. Its standout feature is a 20x optical zoom in 4K, expandable to 40x Advanced Zoom in Full HD — ideal for covering large venues or moving subjects without repositioning the camera.

The CR-N350 replaces and upgrades the popular CR-N300, bringing DIGIC DV7 image processing to a more affordable PTZ solution. While maintaining the same sensor size and zoom range (20x optical / 40x Advanced Zoom in Full HD), it enhances image sharpness and subject tracking, particularly for smaller spaces like lecture halls, boardrooms, and hybrid streaming setups.
Notably, the CR-N350 offers simultaneous landscape and vertical format streaming, a key feature for social platforms, mobile-first broadcasts, and e-commerce livestreams. Canon has also refined its auto-tracking performance for smoother, more reliable subject tracking during presentations or dynamic speaking events.
Like its sibling, the CR-N350 supports a wide range of IP streaming protocols and third-party integrations, making it adaptable to existing video infrastructure.
